The agency is proud to have won the public tender for the prestigious restaurant at the Hôtel de la Marine, located on Place de la Concorde, and to have created the project for the restaurant “Mimosa.” This MOMA Group restaurant is an ode to the Riviera era of the 1950s. Adjacent to the iconic Café Lapérouse, also in the courtyard, chef Jean-François Piège brings his inimitable talent to the menu, skillfully blending fine dining with bistro cuisine.
